I'm in the middle of a mk3 Capri restoration, and have had to move to Manchester very recently. I have no where to store/work on the car and I face having to sell it in the next few months.
I can't afford a workshop on my own and was told about this forum and I might have some luck on here finding someone to share with. I've looked at loads of units but its just slighly to much to pay on my own. I've found a great one 2 miles from the trafford centre and it would be £140 a month each if two people were sharing. Only an idea though if someone would want to share but somewhere else, thats fine, can be a little boring as well doing it on your own and its a laugh with someone else like minded about cars.
I'm also a sprayer (Ford Masters qual) I've only worked in main dealers for the duration of the career, and I don't have any problems at all giving people a hand with their projects, I really enjoy it.
This said even if your not up for sharing a unit, If anyones is planning some spraying in the near future and wants a hand, or any job for that matter, get in touch coz I'm pretty bord atm and miss working on my car. I don't know many people here, certainly noone into working on motors, so it would be spot on to find someone whos up for gasing about motors abit.
I've got afair amount of tools as well, the basics but then stuff like my compressor, engine lift, welder... I wouldnt have any problem at all letting the other person use these your very welcome to.

so four times more exspensive, not a fantastic amount of help... It seemed possible because it was a storage solutions place (they seem to compete against one another quite alot) where as units don't and go off the sqft, it would have only been £30 off the cheapest I've found so far so it seemed possible
