Hi everyone, a unit has just become available on the farm where I am based. Big enough for 3 cars I'd think with working space. Decent sized office / store room. Electricity, lights, electric roller shutter door. Land lord lives on site so good for security - been here 2 years with cars everywhere and never had an issue! Land lord is a top bloke; pay your rent and he'll leave you alone, he doesn't mind a few cars outside either as long as it don't look like a scrap yard.
He's looking for around £500 a month plus electric ( I pay less than £100 a year for electric on my bigger unit) - they all have their own meters. Business rates will apply but the council are still giving at least the first year free.
