Went to pick up some parts for my Chrysler and the guys house is amazing. Photo quality is abysmal as it was getting dark, thick fog and perishing cold and I'm not sure what he was thinking of me photoing everything... However for the delight of several viewers here is one mans collection of stuff. Or rather the bits I photo'd of it. Am I jealous of this? What do you think.... Dodge CHallenger Dodge Challenger with superb paint and big rims. (not his, was doing some work on it for the owner) Trans Am '69 Dodge Corronet (top) Dodge Challenger (below) both serious powerhouses... Dodge Challenger R/T - remains of. Solid, rust free but scabby California car. Jensen CV8 Jensen Interceptor SP Even rarer Jensen Interceptor Series 1 **manual** parts and another Challenger (donor car I think) Remains of a Roadrunner or Superbird. No front end on it but the tags code out as a possible Superbird. Numbers matching car too. But dragged out of a field where it had been abandonned for years. Rough, but restorable, at a price... Aston Martin Plain old Interceptor One ugly Plymouth. I love it. Its for sale... There was also a Bentley Mulsanne Turbo, a Mustang II and a bunch of other bits and bobs. Some serious stuff. There were two other cars in another building I couln't get a photo of but whiick appeared to be a pair of 1970 Plymouth Roadrunners.

The Charger and the Coronet aren't quite a nose job. The panels are pretty much all different bu they are both based on the B body platform. I think for most years I actually prefer the Coronet to the Charger, and the Coronet is actually lighter than the Charger which is why a lot of competitive drivers took the Coronet not the Charger.
I think that the Challenger R/T (the yellow one) is available I think for about £5K. I think theres no engine or box at that. The '70 B body Roadrunner/Superbird shell is also for sale, but at £4750 you have to see the value in the finished item. And its dog rough. It has no interior, glass, front end panels or trans (it was a 4 speed manual). The Belevedere is a '62 and I think you could get that for £1200 or maybe a little less.

I thought it was even less than that. I don't think its one of the Italian built ones though. A mate of mine used to own an Italiam built Interceptor. Another rarity there.

Fantastic collection though you kind of hope nothing of value is deteriorating into the ground. Those Plymouths realy are damn ugly!

He does "turn" them farily regularly I think. And there have been some neato projects out of his yard. He had a 9 sec Challenger, sold that now I think.

The Interceptors and the Aston can be huge money pits, but the other stuff looks ace!
I have the horn for a Jensen CV8, and I came close to buying a Jensen 541 when I sold a Tatra. My bank manager is still greatful that I didn't buy one ;D
