Hi Guys, advertising this on behalf of a work Colleague, figured one of you may be more interested in it than where he is advertising! Unfortunately thats the only photo I have of it at the minute, but can probably get more if asked Its a '91 Sunny Coupe GLX, 1.6 with 98k on the clock. The car is an insurance write off after being broken into and vandalised but bought back from the insurers, and as a result needs and avic check to get it worthy for the road. Only other thing it needs is a new radiator, which can apparently be had for £50 The car is a wonderful example having seen it myself and it would be a shame to see it go to the scrappers, there must be someone on here who'll buy it a slam the balls out of it Final note is that because its not been on the road it isn't taxed and its MoT runs out in march, otherwise its good to go Pretty sure I've covered everything there, if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask, or if you want to make an offer, send me a pm and I'll give you the details of the guy that owns it

Final note is that because its not been on the road it isn't taxed and its MoT runs out in march, otherwise its good to go If its been weitten off, the MOT is void, so it now has none.

Totally And Utterly Incorrect!!!! It's ADVISERY to get a new not but not the law matey. Done this on about 4 cars now so. Generally irrelevant anyway as it's only a few weeks left, but it's best to get the facts right. Also you can tax a car with a VIC marker on it even though it's not been VIC checked. If you keep the car and don't need to change the v5c then you can tax it as often as you like without VIC checking it. All of the above points have been proved in fact by myself on several occasions.

I inquired about this a few months ago, and he confirmed it needs a new radiator and I think battery. I would still consider buying it, if I could sell my Sunny hatchback.

Does it need a VIC check to get it back on the road? Where is the nearest station to do this, if so? I've sent a PM.

They really are a quirky, head turner of a motor on todays roads. This was my white one at the RR gathering in 2010 at Haynes... Good luck with the sale...

I think Birmingham is closed now (says so on website ) It would be possible to pick it up and drive through Wrexham (still open) on the way home though!

Hi guys, yes the damage has been fixed now, some new panels and a new window, thats all it really needed in terms of repairs. With regards to the MoT, i'm not fully sure where it actually stands, as i'm fairly new to the whole vic test stuff If Vaughant is correct, then it should still have one, albeit for a very short period of time. I'm unsure of where the nearest station is, though i can find out if necessary.
