I have for sale my bmw e36 touring, I have owned the car for 2 years,it had 73,000 miles on it
when I got it and its been fantastic, its only let me down once due to an altinator problem,
but it has now a later e46 one fitted. The car for its age is very straight and tidy, only a few
little rust blisters on the boot lid that don't seem to have got any worse since I have owned it.
Engine is good, as well as the box, suspension has had two bottom arms, and also a rear wheel
bearing recently. About 1,000 miles ago, all brake pads where replaced. All the tyres are the
same make, and all have a lot of life left in them, they are not that old. I have fitted a sports
front bumper, white indicators, are repeaters.
Its got the original casette radio, with a 6 disk in the boot, its got a good spare, all the tools
and locking wheel nuts also.
bad points are; I bought it from car transplants as a cat c, it was only minor damage, bumper, grill,
numbeplate, and bonnet, but its fine now, and as I say I have done quite a few miles in it since the
repairs which where carried out in my friends body shop. Tail gate has a few rust scabs, but they all
do now. Air bag light needs resetting, I just never got around to taking it to be reset. Both n/s doors
wont lock on the key, due to the servos packing in, but that is common, and also easy to fix, I only
reolised recently due to not taking many people in the car.
