Righto. Bought this in January - for less than I'm selling - no secret.
But there has been a lot of rectification work done since to warrant the price bump.
The essentials are thusly:

MOT 06/13 - can be made into 12 months FOC if it's a sticking point
Everything is present and working. The glovebox torch is there and works, FirstAid kit is there and complete, Toolkit is there and complete, Foglights aren't cracked and all work, no pixels missing on any of the dash or stereo display.
Climate Control works as it should, heated mirrors all work, self dimming rear view works, front cupholders (apparently a rare option) are present and work, headlight wash is working, cruise control is fine, CD Changer and front loading CD player all work - all the speakers work as they should including tweeters in the doors. Full closure and full opening work exactly as they should.
Leather has no tears, rips or wearing out. and interior is all clean and lovely.
Recent work carried out:
Thermostat housing replacement - I was going to do a metal thermostat housing and w/pump as a matter of course but thermostat housing let go on second day of ownership - so I had to stick a standard item on asap just to get me mobile again.
Both front bearings replaced with OE quality kits
Inspection I carried out
Fuel Filter
Rocker Gasket
Crankshaft Sensor
Camshaft Sensor
Windscreen Wipers (I know I'm just flashing the money now)
The car is real neat, and the 5 speed automatic is silky smooth during operation, tiptronic works nice as well. Only reason for sale is due to spotting an awesome Volvo 940 that I need in my life. So make it happen people.
Really nice detachable towbar with proper detachable electric connectors is included but in the boot.
The car itself is in pretty awesome shape - the only negatives are a couple of stupid little dinks - one on the bonnet and one on the OSR door right at the bottom.
Full Shadowline kit in good condition.
Style 105 wheels also in good condition with a couple of tiny marks on them, and barely scrubbed matching tyres all round.
Only fault with car is usual E39 squeek from rear arm bushes. PITA but not terrible, and I've checked the subframe bushes, which are fine.
