i would be looking at attaching a plate along the side of where the light fits ..either light fixing holes or weld a plate on , then attach it to a chain or ratchet strap to the nearest strong tree or lamp post
carefullly push the car away while dressing down the high spots
same again where its ruined the tailgate gap..weld something on and batter /lever /pull it into shape

That is not at all an easy DIY repair.....It's going to take some pretty specialised bodywork to get that right, and matching silver paint is always a complete chuff....pretty much impossible from a rattle can.
Unless you are very brave, I would be looking for a professional to look at it for you.
I have vaguely similar to do to the rear quarter of a 99 escort estate, but it has pushed the rear pillar inwards to the point where the boot slightly overlaps the light cluster. I will be welding on some chain loops and using a hand winch to pull it straight-ish, but the owner doesnt give a dman what it looks like when done and is too tight to pay a lot for a decent repair, so it will get a smear of filler and probably brush/roller painted proper bodge style.

you ideally need a slide hammer with a hooked attachment and a hammer a dolly to get that near straight,.
