Hey there
I'm still undecided as to what i want my Mk2 Golf to wear.
Originally i was going to find some ATS Cup's to put on it, but i'm having second thoughts. Some BBS Multispokes in grey or white are growing on me.
Any rideas?

^^ Seconded ^^ BBS are to VW's what Minilites are to MG's. I'm trying to persuade my other half that there are more wheel options than BBS for her Goof ;D I like the idea of G60 steelies. But they ain't alloys... so erm... ATS Classics?

But they ain't alloys... so erm... ATS Classics? Theres a reason for them being popular though! I agree though, be different. As I said on MSN, see what Roccojocco comes up with

Choosing wheels for a golf is hard theres so many different rims that can be fitted, I had massive problems choosing some for mine and in the end went for the bbs split rim route, they may be played out but they work soo well. For me ronals on a golf is as played out as a set of split rims and also don't IMO suit mk2's. I would have to go with rmad's choice although I think they would work best on early mk2's

Theres no way that luggage will fit in there (is there?, unless they are training the kid up to go on 70's equivalent of Krypton Factor! --- Have a good google search of pics of Golfs, and site galleries. world is your oyster with a popular PCD.

it doesn't matter if it's a Morris Marina or a Toyota Celica - it's what you do with it that counts

17" RS' ftw 16x9 Borbet A's never fail to please Could go on and on for weeks about rims on Mk2s, but i'd always come back to wide RM's or big RS'. In my opinion, Ronal Turbos and ATS Cups should be left to the Mk1s. Ps. Them mag LMs are the shiznit

Azev As work well on Mk2s. They're available in loads of diameters/widths/ETs too.

Offsets are never that far off - spacers solves really high ET, low ETs are just cool cos they stick out!
Wrong centre bore can be corrected by spigot rings, or machining to increase to 57.1mm, nothing should be too difficult to fit
