Love the over-rides on your new van. Definately improves the look. I had them on my 1302, and loved them so much I kept them when I sold the car!

Borgward, how spooky, you can see where they drew inspiration from Selling the Sun-Tor, thats a shame, we might have been tempted, did lok around at Commers for a while but parts and claen examples are thin on the ground and Kim really had her heart set on another Dub

As I understand it Mr Borgward wasn't impressed by the Karmann Ghia when it was released so decided to make his own cars instead. I think Isabella was his wife/daughter?

Congrats on your new purchase, looks really nice, cracking colour! Make sure you get some good security on it if the 'stolen' section is anything to go by! The guy has an immense selection of Dubs, awesome! And that 50's thing in the lock-up looks interesting. Aluminium body? Looks like theres plenty left to do! Great stuff

Hidden in a lockup was this Rometsch coachbuilt 50s Dub, bought for £15k and in sad need of a full resto Ooooh nice.... Loves me a Romestsch

Yup, thats a '58 Buick for sure. From the look of the trim its one of the upper models, but then there never was a povo spec Buick back then.
