had to retrieve the keys for yesterdays granada cosworth, don't you love it when someone takes the keys out of the ignition and pockets them? Makes the car a pain to unload.... nice leather trim though will look nicer in the consul GT;D then I went to see my mate micheal (bit of an alfa nut..) to collect a sud gearbox for special project #4 took some pics while I was there... this isn't the worst 2cv he's had, I got one from him a couple of years ago that blew to bits on the back of the truck This alfetta is actually really nice, but has a burnt valve and only runs on 3 (someone stripped a mixture screw then ran it anyway...) It's for sale, I think, and.... one of these guilittas should donate an engine... one is 1.8, 1 2.0 both manual and both terminally rotten (check out the lower screen panel on the left hand one!!) and, when is the last time you saw..... an alfa arna?? oh wait, there's one lol ;D The arnas are NOT for sale...... anyhow, I've got first dibs if he changes his mind! two road spots.... nice herald, shame about the wall... always good to see a black capri on 4 spokes, not sure about his mudflaps tho on the industrial estate... worlds worst corsa gets worse... now urban/chav hybrid??? nice mini, 1430, 45dcoe, pico and wayhay!!!!! finally, yesterdays post...burton catalogue, megasquirt kit, and Capital One want to give me a Platinum Card MWAHAHAHAHAH ;D

Nice spotting......especially the Alfas!
Capital One CC applications arrive here weekly and have done for ages.....I used to open them when they had free pens, now they go unopened straight in the recycling box.

That twin-round light Alfetta is, I believe, an Alfetta SL. Never very common in the UK, but a cracking car and well worth saving.
A twinspark or V6 conversion would rock if it has a knackered lump.
I'm pretty sure that's the one I could have snapped up on Autotrader for about 600 quid a couple of years back. Still kick myself for not buying it.

WOW at the Alfas! Can't remember the last time I saw early 80s stuff like that!

Anyone want to guess what else is there ?(find the audi 100 avant or the toyota camry in the pics)

Quick update, I've talked to micheal, He wants £250 or near offer for the alfetta, but only if the car is going back on the road (standard or modded), he doesn't want to se it broken as that is why he saved it. The guiliettas are being broken for spares, as is the 164 (he needs the engine, its early trim, electric seats). I will take more pics of the Alfetta next weekend, and post a "for sale" thread about it.
