Had a buyer lined up for this, bought a new car and now the buyer doesn't want it, so need it moving on sharpish.
Vitals:
- 1.8 Zetec
- 120k
- MOT November 2013
- Tax end of February (£130ish for 6months)
Exterior;
- FK AK Street coilovers, firm but not harsh,
- BSA324 17x7 alloys, kerbing but good winter wheels while you're saving for BBS reps?
- Clear front and side repeaters
- All-red rear lenses
- Fly eyes on the front fogs
- Heko wind deflectors
- New (used) headlights
Interior
- Ghia map light
- carbon wrapped fascia, not great though
- Sendai headunit, Kenwood 6x9s, Edge 12ins sub and amp combo
Mechanicals
- Big K&N, sounds throaty
- Powerflow stainless exhaust
- New front wishbones and ball joints
- New rear wishbones
- Tracking bolts replaced with genuine Ford inners/outers
- New front pads less than 1000miles ago
Not so good bits
- Knocking from rear suspension on bumps, I think its the rear ARB bushing as it started after the coilovers went on.
- Drivers seat has a hole in the outer lower bolster
- 5p-coin sized dent on the drivers side swage line
- Front bumper has scrapes and paint missing, quick respray will sort it perfectly.
- Front spoiler is deformed a little, see the pic.
Bought this in March, spent a while looking for the right 3dr and this came up, had 114k on it and I've put on 6k without any major hassles. In lowering the car with coilovers, its had 4 new wishbones, all new tracking bolts etc so none of the typical Focus seized bolt problems. Its lowered on FK's, cheap ones but you wouldn't say they were, its firm and a lot of fun.
We're under a fair bit of snow right now so I can't take a proper set of photos until we thaw out a little, but here's how it looked back in August, the main difference is the front bumper being scratched and some wind deflectors are now on.
