There's a clue in the pic, just about.
I was talking to the owner, and apparently outside his social circle, I'm the only person who's ever spotted it. Dunno what that says about me, apart from 'anorak'.

The high level brake light is clear rather than red?
The sensor for the external temperature gauge on the bottom of the passenger door mirror?
Is it something unsual or something unusual for a clio.
Did it appear on Watchdog this week cause the bonnet dosen't close properly?
