For sale is my 1997 Toyota Celica ST 1.8 16v in blue (well...I think It's more purpley but the log book and Toyota say It's blue!).
I bought it a few weeks ago to prep for auto tests but after only failing its MOT on front brake pads and a bulb, I decided it'd be a shame to destroy it!
It has 12 months and two days MOT as from today (4th January).
It comes with the original Toyota radio cassette with factory fitted CD changer in the boot.
It also has electric windows, electric mirrors, electric sunroof and remote control central locking, alarm and immobiliser.
It doesn't have a great deal in the way of history but it drives well, pulls well and stops well.
The interior is clean, as is the engine, and the exterior isn't bad for the age and mileage although it does have a few blemishes.
The only other bad bits are that the rear window heater doesn't appear to work, there is a small patch of lacquer lift on the drivers side rear quarter panel and the lid on the cubby hole in the centre console / arm rest is a little loose.
I also only have the green slip from the logbook because of the Christmas post backlog I imagine! I am a genuine chap and I can provide the new owner with the owner before me's details should they wish to have them; just for peace of mind.
I won't lie and say this is a 'mint' example but it is definitely a presentable, entertaining car to have some fun in.
