Hi - I've been using this Rover as a stop gap car whilst getting ym Mk2 Golf back on the road.
Firstly, The car has NO overheating issues having had a new Headgasket / Timing belt etc approx 18 months ago. The vehicle is really reliable (I drove her down to Birmingham and back last week no probs) and appears to have been looked after by its previous owners.
The car is MOT'ed until June / July 2013 (will confirm later)
Good Points: - MOT'ed reliable vehicle that is safe and legal to drive away (if you chose to buy the tax as well!). Electric Windows and sunroof - in working order. Very comfortable seats. Lovely Colour. Heater works on all speed settings after I changed the resister pack and put in a new pollen filter. 2 Keys. Sony CD Player.
Bad points:- Bodywise, slight rust beginning on both rear arches, small dent in the nearside wing and the clutch is a bit high. This was the same on a previous Rover I had and once you get used to it caused no problems. Drivers door handle has come off (will try and fix this)
