Amazing place, and now going to lose hours on 28dayslater , reminds me of when they demolished the big chimneys etc here at cowley, and the old line that used to cross over the top of the bypass, memories.... (taken years ago when most of the line had gone) Have you got any more old photos of the Cowley works? I live round the corner from them and it'd be great to see them.

dunno why but I read that URL as 28day Slater Ha, I was on there looking at a local-ish building a mate and I "explored", and f*#? me, there's a PHOTO of Slater sat there in the building! (Then I realised it was his thread - figures). You have been there? you must tell me more when i next see you!

i once found a pair of genuine Triumph Stanpart herald front wishbone bushes in the laundry room of an abandoned mental hospital. Best find ever.
