Just taken this is part exchange this morning. It`s got an MOT until March 2013, but no tax. Full service history stamped in the book with loads of invoices etc and old MOT`s. Covered 85k. 4 new toyo tyres done less than 1000 miles. A couple of rips in the drivers seat fabric. Pretty tidy little car, starts and drives well.
However.......it will need welding. The inner rear arches have rusted, and the rear suspension sits lower than it should. I would guess this is caused by the suspension going trough the body. You can also hear the N/S/R knocking/catching when going over bumps.
Apart from the above mentioned, it seems a half decent little car. It could be repaired and re tested in March, or used as a spares car. The tyres alone have got to be worth £100. Although it starts and drives, I personally wouldn`t risk driving it any distance with the rear as it is. Having said this, the guy who part exchanged it drive it 50 miles to me as it is.
