Transtar run a similar show up this way in May at Dartmouth Park in West Bromwich....most of their shows are paid entry, but this one's free.....autojumble and 800+ cars/trucks/buses (great fun if it's wet, ever seen a bus trying to get out of a muddy field :-) )
Shows like these are always worth a look, you never know what you'll find in amongst the flat-cappage and anorak abuse :-)

Ill be there, probably with our vw club. Ive been the last 2 years, tis a good day out. We parked a friends Lambo in with our campers last year, that made people do a double take!

Yeah, I think I remember seeing the Lambo there. I've added a bit to the other page asking if anyones interested in showing on some form of club stand (even though we are not a club). I haven't noticed any real flat cap problems the years I've visited though there are a lot of immaculate standard cars there. Good as a source of inspiration and for 'potential spoting'.  |

Mark, forgot to mention there is a regular in the form of a mk2 Cortina with obligatory V8 and large bottle of NOS in the boot. It's a full drag conversion so you've probably seen it around. I have some pics somewhere, I'll try and post a couple up if I can find them.
For everyone else, I think this show is on Easter bank holiday monday. Check the date.

I'm just bringing this topic back to the top to remind people about the show. It might be a bit late now to arrange a proper Retro-Rides.com stand but if anyone who wants to meet up and show with fellow R-R's we could always meet up some where nearby first and arrive in convoy. Then we'll still get to park alongside each other.
