VW caddy I sorted this out for my dad to use when restoring his boat but he carry's on using his camper van!!!! so as its unused thought I would put it on here (will go on ebay end of next month)
The Van is a ex scania call out / brake down van so has been looked after my friend bought it off them (works for them) moted it left it at mine then a year later I bought it off him done the adviores on the mot and moted and taxed it
The engine is ok brakes are fine (hand brake needs ajusment)
have a oil filter for it so will change the oil and filter when I get the chance or the filter will come with the van
the gear linkage needs looking at as to get 1st some times you have to go 2nd then 1st (had this on my old 1.9D polo) it also needs a battery as the one in it comes out of an other car I have .
the alloy wheels on the back will not come with the van it will be on steel's the alloys are fitted as the 2 missing wheels go down after a wile so need re sealing the body work is tatty as you can see in the picture but the van its self is not rotten
the inside is ply lined and not to grubby for a work van I have some almost mint mk3 golf gti seats that will go with the van
it drives like its done 1/2 the mileage I was shocked when I took it on its 1st run down to the mot test can also chuck in a 4x vw 15 inch alloy rims (nothing real fancey) for a extra £20
recently its had a new clutch before my friend bought it I have replace front pads and bottom ball joint.
£450 takes it away as said in the add end of next month I will put it on ebay if unsold
