Awesome collection. First in the request pile - is the pop still there? Matt There's an update on this car actually, unfortunately someone has already got there first. I posted this on the abandoned car thread Pg5, sorry for the repetition but I thought it was relevant here too. First car on linked page is a Ford Pop. At this time of year you can't see it for brambles completely covering the car and the surrounding area but they've been cut down and trimmed back leaving this. Some fettling MMM... A few whacks of a chisel and lift the body off! This is apparently going to be not so abandoned as Dez has plans... Good luck is all I can say. Admittedly I just stood around taking photos Can anyone say patina? I don't think it's moved from the bushes in over 40 years.

I'll wager it used to be a Volvo 343DL.

I'll wager it used to be a Volvo 343DL. Correct, this is one of the unfortunate ones that's been scrapped due to "land use" regulations.

The farm would make a good location for a R-R meet!

The farm would make a good location for a R-R meet! I'd gladly show anyone around Yeah, shame about a lot of these cars now. If I had knew ten years ago that they weren't just old bangers, things may have been different! That MK2 cortina especially

Well, I'm in shock. After I thought I'd seen it all, I went into disused barn on the farm to check it out for housing credentials, and this is what I found. Four Triumphs I never knew existed, the barn door probably hasn't been opened for twenty years. Besides that, I've added to the collection Contrast: Feb 2006 Feb 2008 (I just thought this was a really cool photo) This car is being pulled out over my easter break from uni. Enjoy!

Thats insane! I think you should have the rest of the week off work and do a proper sweep of the property, there might be even more treasure!

Unfortunately I can guarantee these are the last of the undiscovered, funny thing is these cars are the closest to my house and I had no idea, literally 40 yds from it! I'm not sure what the story of these ones are to be honest, I think they belong to one of my relatives and I guess they have been forgotten! That cortina may not be done for just yet...

Wow! The chassis with just the bulkhead/engine is probably quite an early one because of the type of air filer and the wide radiator. Its certainly a 1200 at most as it has drum brakes but could be a 948. What's going to happen to them?

If they're owned by the person I think they are, absolutely nothing and there's nothing I can do about that Thanks Seth, my Triumph knowledge spans as much as spelling the name right
