RD500LC - Very nice such a shame it isn't being used Yeah I know. It's in very good nick too. He had no intention of selling it and wanted me to spray it in Kenny Roberts livery so he could put it in his living room!!!

The annoying thing was that I'd been pondering for weeks whether to buy it to do a custom paintjob, then when I finally asked him, he'd given it away the night before and said if I'd asked first he would have given it to me!

RD500 LC For my sins I'm also in the LC club and to be honst these things are probably best left unused unless you have some serious mechanical skillorzs and plenty of money. I know a man who knows them inside out, has i think, 9 of them, even he has them unexplainedly blow up ocassionally.

That A30 looks very nice Rarer these days being a 2 door too. Original buyer obviously stumped up the cash for the oprional heater. Odd thing is that it would have had trafficators originally but I can't see remnants of them by the doors but the orange indicators have clearly been tacked on later.

Looks like the heater leaks ,judging by that stain on the carpet. Regarding the indicators,i suppose the trafficators have been covered over sometime in the last 40 odd years... After my first marriage broke up I had to buy an A30 to pick my duaghters up on access visits,So my ex didn't know what I was driving and couldn't have me followed by her "friends" as I took the girls to beach for the day...LOL! that was nearly 30 years ago and A30's were getting scarce then.

Many years ago I changed my driving style to cope with rising fuel prices; I have now reached the stage where I am contemplating keeping my eyes shut in order to lower wind resistance.

I think he's still got the A30 there and he'd sell it for the right price. Not sure what it's worth but I think the reg is still transferable so I guess the the plate is going to bump the price up as it'll be worth more than the car I reckon, lol.

That's a Lambretta J, cut down and with some dubious custom bodywork!

whgenever anyone tells me their number plate is worth X and the car is worth Y so they want X+Y for the car I tell 'em to pout the plate on retention and I'll geive them Y -15% for the car, as a reregistered classic is apparently worth 15% less than one on its correct plate. Idiots.

It is a J Range Lambretta. The capri was a different scooter made by Agrati.
