A couple of weeks ago i came across a workshop in between Cannock and Stafford on the Stafford road.
I've had a look at it. Its around 600sqft, with a large concertina door and I believe single and 3 phase power supply. Its located on a secure rural indutrial estate.
The guy said he wanted £300 a month but i think it may come a little cheaper (no business rates are required). At the time I told him I'd think aout it and I've come to the decision thats it's too expensive to take on my own, so I was wondering if anyone was interested in sharing?
