Spax ones, right. recommended then? I have the choice of AVO's, Weitecs and Spax, in order of cheapest to dearest Slatered- yeah that would be cool, really wish I had the skills to do that Whatever you do, don't throw them out- I'll see how I get on with the K10 ones for now, and if the rust starts bothering me I may take you up on that ;D Thanks Mat Right, managed to pop the wheels back on the car today, heres the result: I must admit I'm really quite chuffed ;D

i can see pics. wooohooo, just had to copy and paste the properties thing in the adress bar. they look much better matey, well done, and i see what ya mean now when you said youd amassed loadsa curse word in your garage and had no room for the motor. proper clepto

I painted mine still on the car, no rubbing down, didnt even take the centre caps or valves off, painted the whole wheel, tyre and nuts matt black, youd never know and it took me a total of 1 minute a wheel ;D thats in the campus car park, after 2 months of painting, and the car is shockingly filthy

Whereabouts did you get your stickers ^^^^^ (the gulf and stp etc) off eBay? I've had a scout around for some, but don't wanna pay £3 a sticker really....

isaydingdong - got the gulf, stp and bilstien ones seperatly, then a big ol bag of seconds for a fiver, he threw in a few more free too ;D cant recomend him enough

carl> thats just had a small "clearout" too....... 79> good man! look good too took me 3 hours Also, cheers for the stickers info- I have a new "naked" toolbox, a batch of seconds should cover it ;D On the wheels front, I've had a thought- how do folk think it will look with those "chrome rim rings" thingiedoodles on it? I've no idea if any are avaliable to fit those rims, just a thought really....

must just add, painting wheels in two-pack acryilic if done correctly is a harder wearing or should i say more anti corrosive finish than powdercoating alot disagree but tis true
