I'm a bit confused about what you are asking!
That is showing an offside mirror. Is that just an example photograph of what you need, or is that what you have got and you mean nearside? If you want it to mount half-way along the wing, do you want one the same as that, or a wing mirror (for a Dolomite I presume)? The reason why I ask that is because the one in the picture looks like a door mirror and I'm not sure it would look right mounted on a wing.
