	Hear me now ! I'm binning the Alfa and need another daily... I really like these Audi 80s... 1986 or so... Like this here one Looks like it's been ragged about a bit this one - looking for something better mileage and original spec. There was one in the for sale section - a white Sport Spec I believe... 1: What do I need to know about them ? 2: Spec ? Carb or injection ? 3: What years am I looking for ? 4: HAS ANYONE GOT ONE FOR SALE !!!! ANY help or fotos to shake over appreciated... - Rob

	That looks like a reasonable 80 Quattro to me They are basically Golf GTI engine and Quattro (As in proper Quattro) running gear Ideal base fore more in the future as everything including 1.8 20v Turbo will fit Handle better than the 90 (5cylinder) as less weight slung out front Sport was 2.0l and FWD Rust can be an issue with thm and Electrics can play up but tends to be dashes and EW motors/switches etc Suspension bushes and top mounts take a pounding so the fact that one has had polys all round is a good thing Get it bought I say ;D You`ll not regret it, cheaper to run than a 5pot, excellent handling and cheap parts from GSF/ECP or any decent VW Breakers A mate has one thats hes had from new, thats just had a full resto, and is now running a 2.2 8valve 4 pot, big valve head and decent cam, with full leather etc..... excellent car, proper all weather sleeper as well ;D HTH Dom
