I love this car but its got to go
It is the desirable 328i in rare Cosmos Black
The Tax and MOT have expired
The car itself has done 236,000 miles but the dreaded Nikasil engine was replaced at 118,000 miles so engine has done 118,000
It comes with lots of history,mainly main dealer stuff,and hundreds of pounds worth of receipts,including proof of engine change.
It has been modified a little:
Interior has had black leather installed with contrasting bits on the door cards and arm rest,M gear and handbrake gaiters,short shift kit, and tinted windows all round
Exterior has wind deflectors,M3 mirrors,Black angel eye headlighs,half tinted rears,smoked side repeaters,M3 front bumper with black mesh and fogs,M3 rear diffuser,carbon fibre badges, I also retro fitted a non washer jetted pre facelift grille panel and kidneys
Performance wise is has a DTM style exhaust,Carbon Fibre air filter, ASC throttle body removed,lowered on proper shocks and springs, and 18inch Schnitzer Alloys
For the cars age and mileage it is in very good condition,but obviously it has its down points,nothing major, it has just got the usual rust bubbling on tailgate (a common problem) and the grab plastic has snapped due to having no metal behind one screw. Also the drivers window regulator has packed up
Its failed MOT on 2 rear springs snapped and front shock leaking. I think the springs have just lost a coil as they never felt out of control,the tester is very picky and also my ex father in law so may be ok with a different tester but I just don't have the time or money.
A set of coilovers are only £200 and would be a great mod anyway and were my plans.
I would like £1000 and can include some M3 sunflowers, anti rollbar with uprated bushes, standard headlights and smoked indicators.
Its is worth what I'm asking in parts and spares
Will consider a deal with my Vento for a 4x4 or van
