Alfa 75 3.0 Veloce in red. Needs bit of welding and a fuel pump to run.
Interior all good, engine sweet and all the veloce kit is good.
No idea on value of these, but if anyone has a clue, that`d be good. I know it`ll break for more than the sale price, but I`ve no intention of taking a great retro car apart.
Cheers

Thanks mate. It`s not my car, but thinking of buying it. The chap wants a grand, which doesn`t seem too far out of the way, as it`s very clean, apart from a few spots. the scuttle seems solid though.
Don`t suppose you know what it`s like to change the fuel pump on these do you? Is it an in tank job?
Cheers

Cheers buy it! nothing is too hard that it can't be done in a weekend. as far as i remember there are two fuel pumps on the v6, one in tank and one inline somewhere.

Bought it, collecting it tomorrow. Time to see how bad this actually is underneath! At £700, it was worth a risk IMO!

700 for a v6 is good buying, get on the forum to find a wealth of info and all sorts of manuals and walk throughs. if it broken on yours chances are its been broken on ours and we've fixed it.

Doesn't seem expensive at 700 sheets, I drove one years ago & wow, what a lovely machine! Look forward to seeing the photos.

Here`s a few basic snaps from how it was when it was removed from storage; s1108.photobucket.com/albums/h411/Compassuk/Looking underneath, it`ll need a patch on the drivers footwell, a patch o the same sill and at worst a new N/S sill. The scuttle is solid, but has had work in the past. In all honesty, it`s more solid than expected underneath. The 15" revolutions with Goodyear Eagle F1`s and the Koni shocks and Eibach springs were a nice surprise.

& there I was hoping there'd be an engine shot, those engines are a thing of beauty.......That handbrake brought back a long distant memory as well ;D Looks like a nice solid Alfa, nice to have the shocks & springs as a bonus as well.
