Hello guys.
After nearly a year my fiesta is up for sale, reason being it is I just do not use it since I have got my new job and it has just sat on the drive.
The car has not really been used since around July time and has just sat on my drive. I will be giving the car a good clean up this afternoon and some more recent photos will be uploaded of the car.
here are the details.
2000 Ford Fiesta Zetec S - 1.6
111k (not going to rise)
MOT - Feb
Tax - Just ran out
Imperial Blue - Most sort after colour
Service History - The book is stamped up to 88K
Now the car is very lightly modified and those items will be listed below here.
Smooth boot
Legal smoked headlights
Badgeless grill
16" aftermarket wheels
lowered -60 all round (original suspension included)
aftermarket induction setup
The car has been with me since january and has never let me down although I have only probably done around 1000 miles since then all of which have been from Kent to London and back.
The car, as expected does have its faults and those will be listed below here.
The paint is not perfect and does have faults. The bonnet is very hazy as shown in the photos, It appears to have been repainted at some point, these can be had for £50 off of ebay. I have never replaced it as personally it doesnt bother me.
The car has been sat and due to this the battery went flat. I have charged the battery since but now it takes a few second to start, IE the motor will turn over a little before it starts how ever it does start every time the key is turned. This can be replaced and sorted for cost (trade so not so much) at discusion.
The exhaust started to blow from the join, I repaired the problem with a bandage and the car has been fine ever since and passed its MOT in jan.
A few of the tyres could do with replacing. One of them has puncture foam in it which needs replacing and it may need another for the pending MOT.
Lastly and a problem with almost every ZS is arch problems.
This one has some rust on both arches, one worst than the other but as far as ZS fiestas go it is not very bad at all. I have waxyoiled the problem and it has not spread in the last year.
Now the car is located in Kent, just off of the M2. The price is £500 firm.
I would possibly be interested in a PX, let me know what you have.
Any questions please ask!
Needs to go.
