now about the car since bringing it over I have had both front and rear bumpers painted, renovated the headlights as they started to go yellow, fitted a rear fog light to abide by uk laws had the car fully detailed inc clay and polish of the body work, replaced to front cv gators and fitted a new set of glanza decals to the tailgate and rear quarter panels, I pulled the car out the garage this week and cleaned the brakes up as it hadn't moved for a while and also charged the battery then took the car for mot today and it went straight through no advisory's .
ive had a look around the car and noticed a few mods uprated exhaust system, and tenzo r induction kit the car sounds mental between the exhaust note and the turbo noise my mate has ran a few glanzas before and reckons this to be in the region of 165 bhp not bad for something that weighs 750kg and trust me its as quick as my audi tt 225 , also the car has uprated lowering springs not sure what make but there bright red and don't look very old as with the fox alloy wheels which are wrapped in matching khumo excesta tyres all with lots of tread, it also has grooved uprated front brake discs.
condition wise inside the car is very clean other than a cigarette burn on the drivers seat and a bit of wear on the bolster edge, out side a total of about 4 pin dents and a 4 inch scratch on the rear quarter panel and that's it even the wheels don't have a single kerb mark on them, underneath not an oil leak in sight and no rust anywhere which is rare for a J import,
only thing left to do is convert it to uk plates unless your taking it back to Ireland ive been online and apparently its a trip to the dvla fill out a v267 form pay the fee which is around the 70 pound mark and you have to buy tax at the same time once the logbook turns up with the tax in the post your ready to go.
