You just don't see this kind of thing any more, do you? It's kind of retro in itself, the noughties fibreglass fetish. I actually really like the interior. Rear fitment's interesting too.

This is how a Corsa should be done!
The world is not ready for this sort of thing yet though Bizzle, give it ten more years.

LOVE the interior.
It's weird how the modifying scene has changed. We might look at cars like this and think omg too much, but in some ways they are so much more interesting than the cars on the scene now.
People used to have mental paint jobs, 20 inch chrome spinning wheels, crazy interiors and sound systems, turbos left right and centre, mahoosive spoilers. Now its so often just, lower, with a set of wheels from a different car of the same marque, which works, but...

I'm the opposite, if that had a bit more attention to the finishing touches it'd be awesome. The front arch shape really lets it down, and the poor panel gaps, and the wonky badboy. I think the overall theme is great, love the rear wheel fitment in that arch most with that style kit were very underwheeled.

This isn't as old as you think, made it's debut a couple of years back and was built by Xquisite. Hell of a lot of work and money went into by all accounts and I think the company were pretty much just left to their own devices when it came to the final result too.

Fantastic. I'm surprised I like it but I do, different wheels would improve it though it's never going to be something I'd have for my own so what the hell. Crack on.

The side skirt thing between the arches makes it remind me of a Beetle! Bench seat and lap belts make it for me

I actually love cars like this. they bring back memories. sitting in school, supposed to be listening to the teacher in whatever subject I was supposed to be in ;D but instead reading Redline underneath the desk. All those reports from GTI Tuning international in France (and the DVDs) and so many cars like this (anyone who's seen the cars of the show they'll know what I'm on about). Yes they look out of date now but in some ways this is what makes them the new retro. and I don't deny absolutely loving them when I saw them and trying to figure out what car it actually was like my mates old 1989 orion. big spoiler, delta body kit and massive sound system. would be shot for modifying a car like that now but I would just for the memories.

Like it or loathe it, personaly I see it as a proper custom, just like the sillyness of the 70's with portholes and stuff. The work thats gone into it looks incredible and the quality is undeniable. Back in the 90's there was alot of this stuff about, but when something is in fashion there ends up being alot of rubbish about and you get sick of seeing it. You don't see much of this now so to me its a refreshing change. I don't like the wheels personaly, but imagine it with banded steels or faaaaat minilights and this place would probably be all over it like a rash. Smoothed with wide arches, whats not to like?

Interior is very cool and I can imagine the owner chose his styles thoughtfully and is probably very happy.
But for me the outside looks daft, the camber angle on the back looks too much and the chrome strips on the front look tacky, and for them reasons, I'm out

It been there already; that was an interesting post. ;D It's not entirely deserving; a great set of ideas on the wrong base material. A MKII Zody however...
