When mounting an oil cooler, are there any guidelines on height?
Because of the intercooler piping on my Evo2 i can't use the oil cooler on the std position (inside the bumper on the n/s) which is probably some 6 inches above the height of the oil filter housing where the hose come from.
I want to move it to behind the grill between the headlights but this will sit a bit higher than in the original position. Its below the top of the head by about 3 or 4 inches though but it will sit about 8 inches higher than the original position.
Would it cause any problems?
