tax and tested till end of march!
ive had this for just over a year now, and its not let me down once!
i'll start off with the bad things first...
the van is quite tatty around the edges, it is a 13/14 year old van after all! the paint is dirty and pretty rubbish, surface rust around the cills and general 'edges' of bits! bit of grot around rear arches and cill ends.
the bottom inside of the doors have seen better days and as such let a small bit of water in onto the floor after very heavy rain.
brakes could do with bleeding as the pedal feels a bit rubbish, although ive just lived with it since ive had it. will try and bleed them if I have time, if not, will supply some fluid.
generally quite a 'rattly' ride, but it is a small cheap french van!!
interior is fairly grubby.
ill try to add any other bits I think off.....
and the good things...
very reliable!
returns 50-55mpg easy!
one of the previous owners was an auto electrician, so its got a few extras... electric windows from a renault 19, remote central locking (sensor on parcel shelf), rear spotlight, tow bar with towing board.
also renault 19 (i think) sport steering wheel
roof rack
the van has done 165000 miles (nothing to these engines). I was reliably told the vehicle had a rebuilt head, cambelt and head gasket 30000 miles ago, although I have no paperwork to prove this.
generic aftermarket alloys with one brand new tyre, two good tyres and one thats ok'ish.
basically, if your after a cheap, reliable, fuel efficient van but arent too worried about what it looks like, its ideal!
any questions feel free to ask, I will try to add anymore details ive forgotten..
