I want to fit 108's to my 110 pcd.
What's the best way. Adaptors? from where? wobbly bolts - some say a bad idea stick with 110 ( I really don't want to) ;D

Wobble bolts are fine, but you need to make sure they are the correct ones to suit the bolt seats in the wheel, and you need to use spigot rings to locate the wheels on the hub centrally.

As the man says, wobble bolts are your best bet. Adaptors are usually 25mm thick which upsets your offsets unless you also want to go wide.
4x110 ? What on earth uses that PCD? You're sure you don't mean 4x100?

I used wobble bolts to fit 108's to my Mazda, I didn't use spigot rings and felt no ill effects whatsoever
