I bought this car for my Mum last year to get her about for 12 months after her Volvo died. It has served it's purpose now and it is time for it to go. I will get some pics up as soon as I can get over to my mums house and take some.
Unsurprisingly, the head gasket is going/gone. It still drives but gets hot very quickly so I would advise it to be trailered away.
It is a 1.4 16v petrol, they are something like 102bhp so quite nippy really. The bodywork isn't too bad, tiny bit of rust on bottom of rear arches, and a little scrape on drivers side. It is british racing green. Interior is very nice, it also has power steering and remote central locking. It's a 5-speed manual.
If you could replace the head gasket yourself this would make a great runabout. It only had new pads and discs a fortnight ago. I recently put the spare tyre on, so the current spare is dead.
The MOT and tax expire today (31/10/12)
I'd like to see £200 for it but i'm open to near offers to get it shifted quickly.
