After 10 brilliant years of ownership, the time has come to sell my Puma. I bought her off the original owner when she was 2 years old and didn't certainly didn't intend to keep her this long, but for those who aren't in the know, these cars are superb, durable, practical, sporty every day cars.
I cannot think of another comparable car from this era for this price that offers as much fun per £££. Cheap to insure and cheap to run - I average 42-44 mpg - and incredibly reliable. It shares a large number of parts with the Fiesta which are dirt cheap anyhow. The boot is surprisingly large and with the back seat down you can move house! The engine is still sounds and responds the same as the day I bought it and the chassis is just as crisp. For thrills, performance and every day practicality I'd have a Puma over an MX5 any day; and I have driven both! ;D
Detail/Good Points
1.7 VVT, Melina Blue
Lux pack - Heated screen/mirrors, electric windows/mirrors
2 owners from new
118k miles (I bought it with 18k miles and have put 100k trouble free miles on it)
Full service history and all MOT certificates.
10 months MOT (August 2013)
Curently on SORN as insurance policy expires in early November
Excellent interior
This is a good honest example of a Puma
Bad points
The usual Puma rear wheel arch rot on the O/S wheel arch
N/S rear light has a crack in the plastic - wasn't an issue at MOT time
ABS warning light comes up about once a month for the last few years, but the system works perfectly.

I really don't want to sell this car, but have to so that I can pursue my other little folly before I grow up and buy something that 'Mr 2.4 children' might own.
Not interested in swaps, just cash thanks. Any questions please ask
