My Datsun 260c Lowrider Hi everyone, i bought this car about a year ago and have slowly been fixing it up. Ive re-carpeted the car and had the upholstery redone in black leather with gold piping which looks pretty sweet. Unfortunately some careless tart has driving right in to poor old Cedric, and after 3 months of fighting with the insurance i have managed to by the car back Would be a dam shame for this car to be scrapped but i am reeeeally struggling to find the parts. DATMAN has been a star and managed to find a bonnet and bumper. however still need a wing and couple other parts. If anyone has or knows anyone with some Datsun bits or perhaps a useful contact / friend of a friend, would be a great help. I want to fully restore this beauty but without the parts I'm struggling. Any advise or contacts would be appreciated.

Obviously you think parking on hills has some negative effect. You've both got open drinks in the car that you didn't want to spill? Preventing potential oil starvation problems? Snooker table, mid game, in the boot?

If you really can't find a wing, someone like www.bksheetmetal.co.uk can make you a new one, pricey I would think, but if you end up buying abroad and having to ship in maybe not by much?

Volvo back as my main squeeze, more boost and some interior goodies on the way.

Sad to see. Have you got it in bits yet to see how bent it is?

Well my Neiboor specialises in classic car repair and restoration which is handy, weve prised the bonnet open to have a look to see what's what... Looks a lot worse than it is from the picture, will need bending out a bit and in the ideal world the whole corner piece exchanged from a doner car but FINGERS crossed its mostly cosmetic, soon as I find a wing the repair will be able to commence.
It's Ganna be pricey because the guy is top of his game at what he does but will be worth it ! Hopefully won to counter to many probs

Sadly, I don't have much left for the 230. I had a look and all I have is a RH wing repeater and the centre section of the grill. The repeater I have is for a 240C so the lense is different but the housing is the same as far as I can tell.

I'm looking to source the parts then buy them all at once, I'll message you my email
