hi guys does anyone here know of the process involved with resilvering a plastic headlight reflector
I'm just trying to learn about it as I'm building two pairs of headlights

Fairy simple, all you need is a vacuum spray booth, micro polymer aluminium particals, polymer 2k resin, a clean room and an oven.

Never bothered to do it, but if I was made to do it at gunpoint, I'd probably get the most silveryest, shineyest paint I could find, or raid some crackhouse for a bit of foil.

I used that reflective tape that you can put behind radiators. Working well so far.
