Love the look. Wedges rule. In a decent incarnation of wedges.
I suspect they will become covetable just as soon as most have rusted away or been crushed.
They do carry of graphics well too, judging by the pics above.

Pah all this talk and no pictures of mine..... Oddly enough I saw your car the other week in Milton Keynes parked up. Thought it looked familiar.

It's my old car - a nice and tidy 480, and the red paintwork is mint under that questionable wrap!
I'm glad to see she is still going strong, I saved this from a pub car park (it sat there for years) and spent some time getting it sorted prior to it moving on to the next stage of it's life ^^^
I also fitted a Richmod ecu which resulted in tremendous laggy 80s boost which is hilarious!
These are underrated, I've owned three, all of which have been great runabouts.

Hi, how do I upload pics from my computer files not using URL. Any 480s want to meet in the Norfolk area to chin wag and swap bits. Also, Are there any meets due to take place in the Norfolk area ,any cars? I have looked at the meets' map and it appears they are to the West and in the Midlands. Nice to have one over here sometime boyeeeeeeeeee. Thanks Alastair

I had a 480ES, I loved it at the time, was plagued with electrical problems though, and a lot of my mates referred to it as the "Executive Sauna" as the heater matrix kept popping for fun and filling the car with steam, it was great fun when you were doing 70 on the m/way and suddenly steam would start billowing from all the vents or everything electrical would just die...

I had a 2.0L ES for three years, it went through 7 pop-up headlight motors in that time - I can't remember a single point in my ownership where at least one of the headlights wasn't manually locked up to overcome a dead motor. Shame really as it was quite a nice comfortable quick car to drive, just had so much electronics and none of it was Japanese
