I saw the diagonal mounts on the pic russel sent me, why the penny didnt drop then I've no idea!
dopey old me eh! Shouldnt be too hard to knock up an adaptor plate though- I just hope there will be enough room if i need it, as I may well struggle to get them in without hindering airflow up against the bulkhead- will have to see on that really. Its a shame as I really wanted long rams, like these:

Also with the float chamber thingy I reakon the best setup for the micra will be "slightly cocked up" (fnarr fnarr) similar to an a series setup like these:
But the ones on their way are off a dolomite 1850, so not sure how these fit. These stepped collars- are they adjustable does anyone know?
