I'm seriously interested in a Mahindra MM540 jeep and have come across these web sites - www.theautomotiveindia.com/www.team-bhp.com/Indian new cars are almost retro, especially those of 1980'90's, when they were brand new so worth a look if you have nothing else to do Paul H

Mahindra jeeps are absolutely terrible, do yourself a favour and buy a real Jeep CJ, they are not expensive.

Volvo back as my main squeeze, more boost and some interior goodies on the way.

My parents are from India and yes mahindras are terrible however they are bullet proof though they rust like curse word and are very very simple to maintain

Been over several times. Cars are shocking. This is a legend though.... although the scale on this picture looks a bit wrong....

Someone PLEASE get me a Contessa spares list (and prices, and shipping)! Some of it must still fit the proper version. (I'm thinking door seals).

Perhaps that name isn't the best. I can imagine a job interview where the guy asks you what transportation means you have and you reply "Oh, I've got a Standard Gazel". If he doesn't know about the car, he's going to be very confused indeed.
