Great fun! That Monza looked a real handful, sounded fantastic. We did our club one last year, my mate's 309 was out of action so he used his partner's Fiesta Zetec-S......all was well until she saw the video on his mobile, she ate his gonads with a nice Chianti

Looks like great fun ;D I'm guessing by the colour and name on the side that the Suzuki SJ has a Kawasaki bike engine in it?

1 nice noise 2 wheres the tony inthe 220 round 3 nice wave at the end 4 did bro let you have a go in the caterham what else was there 1 It is 2 Deleted the vid but he set fastest time 3 ;D 4 don't fit, even when I remove the seat and sit on a block of wood so that I am halfway up the back rest. That was one of the good things with his Dutton theres a bit more room No Number. One mini special, one Magenta, one Locust, one caterham, A few minis, a couple of Novas, a corsa, a clio and a "black" car. Looks like great fun ;D I'm guessing by the colour and name on the side that the Suzuki SJ has a Kawasaki bike engine in it? No its not. Cant remember what it is but it was some diesel engine I believe. Could I ask what is probably a daft question but...how the hell do you know what sequence to go around the cones at? Sat nav You are given a map of the days tests on the morning and you are given around 5 minutes to walk them before the start of a new test.

Those vids of the monza are awesome - proper using a car!
Was yours the only road legal one there? it looks like so much fun competing in a comparitively massive heavy car!
Whens the next one? ;D

The magenta is on the road and Geoff has had it for over 20 years I think. He used to be part of russ swifts display team when they were using the montegos.
The Locust is Mot`ed as well but he has took it off the road and the cream mini was on the road until october but he wasnt using it enough which is why he hasnt bothered mot`ing it again yet. He also has a riley elf that he uses for historics and the odd autotest.
The next Durham one is 28th January and its also part of the ANECCC championship but the venue hasnt been decided yet.

it doesn't matter if it's a Morris Marina or a Toyota Celica - it's what you do with it that counts

Amazing car control ,total respect to all the drivers. Now if the aim of it was to knock over every cone and take out a length of fencing then I'm your man. ;D

Good work TCC. Have you thought of editing the different takes together on movie maker or summat better if you can get it? its tedious, and might be obviously differnt track attempts but could work, you never know. or if it sounds too much effort gmail em (or post tape/copy) to me and i'll do it if I get bored.

Fair enough. like on the TV they pretend they have loads of cameramen (and ladies!) filming different angles. but usually its just one dude on the camera and different shots are cut together. usually works ok sometimes doesnt. just like this half arsed vid I knocked together with an hangover for the sakes of it.
