Guys - due to it's replacement arriving friday I've got to move this on quick!
Mk2 Golf Driver, 1.6.
It's tatty overall and was running well until over the last few days it occasionally cuts off at idle. I haven't even bothered looking at it, my new MK5 daily is being prepped as we speak.
If I'm honest the gearbox is grumbly in fifth, the speedo cable snapped a fortnight ago, and it could do with a decent wet vac.
Plus side - two new front maaxis tyres, a lot of history, new stereo and speakers, no welding or rust, and everything else seems to work. The mot has about 8-9 months left and the tax 3-4 months from memory.
Bottom line is if it doesn't sell for at £250 by next weekend, I'll take the audio gear out of it and take it to the scrappy...
