Nicola and I went to Rochester High street for a mooch around today..... In the car park we saw this.... I suspect locally built and owned. Sure the owner or his buddy will step forward soon enough. All the chrome was in great condition. Litttle details like the pinstriping on the rear parcel shelf and a skull gearknob were amongst the things that got our juices flowing. Check out the Dagmars. Skilled reverse parking ? Loook at the size compared to modern cars next to it. Awesome hood ornament. And in case anyone missed the point......

That was so weird. When I took the pics I saw the stickers ( one on the rear screen as well) and somehow did not register it.

That's a Burnham's car. I think it's 'Tattoo' Ray's who had that chopped down Plymouth rod with the curly exhausts.

I've even seen the banana splits vehicles there being restored after a private buyer purchased them

The front end looks like it's going to eat you. In fact, it reminds me of the old milkyway advert with the cartoon car race. Boot is huuuuuuge (that was to account for the echo). Love it!
