Selling only due to needing the driveway space as I have just brought another new car.
I have had this around a year and a half and it's been well looked after by myself cleaned weekly and waxed monthly also all servicing has been done well before the allotted intervals with all invoices and garage receipts to prove.
Both sets of keys present and the central locking works perfectly
The car comes with a folder full of service history and invoices for new parts purchased by myself over the course of ownership.
Bodywork is in good shape but rear arches have suffered from the dreaded rust issue that the Nissan Almera model seems common to drivers side has blistering on the outer paintwork and passengers side has around a 5p blob sized dot of surface rust. Apart from this the bodywork has the usual marks for a car of this age but nothing major
Interior is in excellent condition and is cleaned weekly. No rips, burns or chunks out of the seats. No worn bolsters or missing trim parts. Still has original leather steering wheel, gear knob and gator all in great condition.
Engine and Mechanical areas are all in good shape aswell. I have replaced a good few things on the car since owning it including the following,
new rear shock absorbers
new rear dust boots
new front brake pads and discs
new rear brake pads and discs
new rear calipers both sides
4 new Toyo Proxy tyres
new Apex lowering springs -35mm
new pollen filter
air con re-gassed
2 full services
Blitz dome air filter
new rocker cover
alloys refurbished in gloss black
In general its a great punchy little car which is fairly cheap on insurance not too bad on fuel and you really don't see many about these days. And I believe in too good of shape to break it for bits.
It will come with tax until the end of December and MOT until next April
It could do with having the rust on the rear seen to but as I have another 2 cars this one has to go and I really cannot justify spending any more on the car.
It's advertised to sell at what I believe is a fair price but will accept sensible offers near the asking price. I also have a number of JDM parts and other accessories for sale separately which were fitted to the car.
