brought this car to replace my rusty r5 gtt but despite it driving like new and like a dream it just doesn't feel like my 5 did
i brought the car in june this year and had it mot'd it went through but needed new rear disks and pads (done for mot) the guy i brought it from owned the car from 1998 when he brought it new and has maintained it brilliantly, he only decided to sell it after buying a new VW cc,
Good points:
Engine runs nicely and the 3 litre V6 pulls very very well
New Exhaust 172k (feb 2012)
Last service 168k
Timing belt, tensioners and water pump changed at 168k
New rear disks and pads June 2012
New front tyres at 163k
One previous owner and I've only had it 2 months
Full service history and every MOT and receipt
Electric Sunroof, Electric seat adjustment, electric mirrors, air conditioning all working
Very good condition interior, black leather still looks great
Cassette player with 6 disk changer in the boot
upgraded audio by JBL powered by it's own amp
all 5 BBS alloys present with good tyres
also have a 1500w vibe sub and 2800w Vibe amp aswell that i will throw in for the right car
MOT til June 29th 2013 6 months tax
Bad Points:
outdoor temperature reader always says between 65-67 C but never caused a problem so it got left like it
