I have the opportunity to rent a unit in Church near Accrington. It's too big/expensive for me on my own at £275 for rent and rates (room for two cars)so if any one in the area wants to share and split the cost get in touch.

THat sounds a lot of money for a 2 car unit mate, i'd have a look around if i were you. I had had a unit in Clayton le moors and it could take 6 cars and was 20 foot high, £150 per month!
My current unit in whitworth lancs is 60 foot long 12 foot wide and 20 foot high and is £200 PCM inc water, rates, electric ect
Mate of mine has moved from Clayton le moors where my unit was to Acci and is even cheaper
I'm not trying to curse word on your chips i'm just saying have a look around :-)

Thanks for that Kev, I thought it was a bit expensive TBH. If you hear of any units or space to share in the area please let me know.

On the road that goes between Hapton and Burnley
