11 Months Mot,6 Months tax

Hi Guys
I`m selling my little van as i really need a small car now,(its an Mpv so cheap tax and insurance but never came with any rear seats)
Its got 11 months mot (straight through) just putting 6 months tax on,
Its fitted with 15" Halfords multi fit alloys which look massive and gives the van a harsh ride but really makes people stop and look,
I`ve had it a couple of years and had the cambelt done last year along with a brand new rear brake compensator valve,
Its got a small rust hole on the windscreen piller and a small rust patch on the passenger rear wing and could really do with a new tailgate as its rusty and dented (but its never bothered me)
It starts and drives great but the throttle pedal is quite heavy,
It gets so much interest when we park at the beach
but would benefit from being lowered,
£695 or will Part-ex/swap for a tidy Peugeot 106 1100cc petrol or 1500cc diesel
