Hi, I have reluctantly for sale my Peugeot 106 XS.
Bought it a few months ago as a runabout for getting to work, and was going to tidy it up etc... but just got too many cars.
Not enough space an money so something needs to go!! it's fairly tidy got a few knocks and dents.
Rear bumper and tailgate could do with some piant, passenger wing got a dent in the lower part under the side trim.
Everything works, electric mirrors, manual tilt slide sunroof etc.. original alloys.. Getting rare now so worth the tlc, could be an easy little project or everyday hack!!!
Could do with a tyre on the front soon, and there's a light knocking from the steering on full lock which I think is a track rod end or cv joint, front seats are ok.
But the front seat rails are knackered, as the seats can move left and right a bit.
All things that could be put right cheaply, over a weekend if you shop around the breakers yards or eBay etc..
I changed the cambelt, tensioner, waterpump, oil. oil filter, fuel filter, air filter, plugs & leads with good quality items when I bought it.
So mechanically it's sorted, just needs a new exhaust pipe as it's a little raspy at times.
I'll be sad to see it go, has Mot until april 2013, tax until January 2013!!
I'll even throw in a Sony CD player
Fun to drive and got plenty of go for a small car, low road tax cheap insurance.
