Hi everyone! Basically i went to the retrorides 2012 show and throughly enjoyed it. I heard about it through the turbosport forum and thought it would be something abit different from the all ford shows. I'm glad to report back that it was unlike any show/track day/hill climb i have been to yet. The mixture of cars that was there was great and i will be coming back next year hopefully in my other project car. Basically i have looked everywhere on the forum and i can not find many photos of my currently ratty looking mk1 escort van and i was wondering if you could help me out. If the photos are that good i wouldn't mind paying couple of quid for a high res format too. Thanks fo looking, John. Here is a pic so you know the van in question  |

I think the SH pic was taken under a red flag, after soemone had gone off further up. Your van brought a grin to mine and my wifes face and it ran up the hill far quicker than appearances had lead us to believe!  |

 Nah I didn't have any problems although I go sent down the hill twice because cars either crashed or broke down. Thanks for the heads up on the link though!

If they are really cheeky and are beeping whilst passing flat out i will drop a cog and pull on them and return to pottering.  i have spent all the money on the running gear at the moment and i will now be saving for a paint job. |

Sorry to see those pictures after all your hard work, hopfully you can save it after you have your other projects done. Mines had another engine and gearbox since last year, nothing to do with the hill I'm sure. I've got my tickets for this year all being well ill bump into you again, take it easy : )
