11 months MOT, 4 months tax.
2.8i straight six auto w/ sports auto - 2500rpm at a relaxed 85!
Green leather interior - not sure how common this is but in very good overall condition, no rips or tears. Fully operational heated front seats. Usual walnut interior trim and interior lights everywhere, even in the bottom of the doors and all work. All steering wheel mounted controls in full working order, no gremlins in the clocks or electrics - something of a novelty having seen these problems in other E39 and E46 models. Going for new front brake pads tmw (27/8) as the warning light has come on.
OE quality stereo and 6 disc changer in perfect working order.
Black exterior - there are stone chips to the bonnet and some marks as would be expected from a car of this age. That said, the tin has escaped the rust far better than many newer models, only blisters being VERY small - one to the bonnet and one to the bootlid.
18" OE BMW alloys with 235 40 18 that were fitted new in May. Being critical, the wheels could do with a refurb as there is some kerbing and the usual alloy blister coming through in places. That said, they still look perfectly respectable on the car.
Tow bar w/electrics in perfect working order and only used for light duties (pulling a small motorbike trailer).
There are only two things that I could whinge about on this car - one of the passenger climate adjust buttons has gone AWOL (although the adjustment function still works) and the rear bottom arm bushes are creaky. Note that I say creaky and NOT worn - at worst it is an annoyance at slow speeds, when you can hear it. Above 10mph and the action of the suspension seems to cancel it out. There is nothing untoward going on underneath.
There is some fairly extensive history for the car - stamped service history up to 127k miles (dealer and independent specialists), old MOT's, tax discs going back six years, manuals for the interior options, receipts, etc.
V5 present.
On ebay for £1k. Open to offers, PX/swap (I'm hankering after another MX5 but I'll consider anything I find interesting).
07725 367470 call/text. Welcome to come check it out, take it out, etc.
