For sale is my 1999 BMW 318is M-Tech coupe. The car is one of the last of the E36 range and has the later 1.9 engine as found in the Z3. This is not to be confused with a standard 1.8i. The 1.8is has 140bhp and the 1.8i just 115bhp. This makes a big difference to performance, and the engine is also much more reliable and I have been getting a touch over 40mpg on mixed driving. The car has a factory fitted M-Tech bodykit, including front and rear bumpers, side skirts and rear spoiler. Complimented by mint 16" sport alloys with 6mm+ tyres all round. Inside there is half leather, with an M-sport steering wheel and brand new (70 quid!!) OEM M-Sport gearknob. It also has dual zone climate control, air con, original BMW stereo cassette with wiring for 6 disc in boot. It has the optional tinted front windscreen (fades to a green/blue colour at the top) really helps when/if the sun comes out! There are electric windows and mirrors, and an auto dimming interior mirror. The car has just had over £700 spent on it including front suspension bushes and arms and starter motor to get it through the MOT and is running fantastically well. There are no knocks or bangs and the engine fires first time on the key. I have a massive history file and both original keys.
I'm after £1295 for it. Considering the money spent recently I think that's a proper bargain!
I will upload more photo's later tonight but here's a taster!
